Vertoz - Senior Manager - Accounts (10-12 yrs)

What You Will Do:

- Lead the finance department, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting, adherence to accounting principles (GAAP), and the implementation of robust financial controls.

- Develop and oversee the annual budget, financial forecasts, and various financial models to support strategic decision-making.

- Manage cash flow forecasting and oversee financial planning and analysis to optimize financial health and performance.

- Ensure compliance with statutory law and financial regulations,and manage relationships with external auditors and regulatory bodies.

- Direct and coordinate the preparation of financial statements, including profit and loss accounts, budgets, cash flows, variance analysis, and commentaries.

- Provide strategic financial insights and recommendations to the CEO and senior management team, contributing to the overall growth strategy of Vertoz Advertising Limited.

- Enhance and implement financial and accounting systems, processes, tools, and control systems.

- Lead, mentor, and develop the finance team, promoting a culture of high performance and continuous improvement.

Requirements:

- Degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field.

- A minimum of 10+years of relevant experience in finance management, with a significant portion of that experience in a leadership role.

- Extensive experience in financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting, with a strong understanding of GAAP.

- Knowledge of Net Suite will be an added advantage.

- Proven experience in the advertising or digital marketing industry is highly desirable.

- Demonstrated leadership abilities with a track record of managing and developing finance teams.

- Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to influence senior management.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working collaboratively across departments.

- Proficiency in financial software and advanced Excel skills.
