We re looking for an experienced artificial intelligence engineer to join the revolution, using deep learning, neuro-linguistic programming (NLP), computer vision, chatbots, and robotics to help us improve various business outcomes and drive innovation. Working as part of Customer Insight Team as AI Developer , he/she will be responsible for developing, implementing and maintaining various Marketing reporting & analytical activities, including predictive Models based on Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning. AI Developer will interface with the direct reports of Senior Global Customer Insight Director, spread in all world areas and will collaborate with many Company Functions globally.

This represents a great opportunity for a talented individual with marketing and business experience and analytical background to make a significant experience on a large corporate organization working in a global contest with many colleagues from different world areas and leading his/her own direct reports.

In addition, he/she will perform accuracy checks to ensure that data are transmitted consistently from source systems into analytical , reporting and predictive tools. He/she will also propose ways to improve processes and data accurance, both by automazing data collection that are currently not, and updatating the process itself.

Key Responsibilities

AI Developer will focus on the business data for Marketing and related fuctions. This will include customer data, campaign and promotions data, customer value and engagement scores, Channel Partner data, customer data and third party data. It will also encompass with product and commercial data such as opportunity, leads and purchase. He will ensure all inputs, automated and manual, are properly sourced to update marketing reports and dashboard according to deadline.

Understand company and client challenges and how integrating AI capabilities can help lead to solutions

Lead cross-functional teams in identifying and prioritizing key areas of a partner s business where AI solutions can drive significant business benefit

Analyze and explain AI and machine learning (ML) solutions while setting and maintaining high ethical standards

Essential Jop Functions

Work on functional design, process design (including scenario design, flow mapping), prototyping, testing, training, and defining support procedures, in collaboration with an advanced engineering team and executive leadership

Articulate and document the solutions architecture and lessons learned for each exploration and accelerated incubation

Collaborate with the other team members in conducting assessments of the AI and automation market and competitor landscape

Serve as liaison between stakeholders and project teams, delivering feedback and enabling team members to make necessary changes in product performance or presentation

Design and develop AI models to meet project requirements

Convert AI/ML models into APIs that other developers can use

Perform statistical analysis on big data sets

Manage project infrastructure and the development of AI models and projects

Duties will include collecting and analyzing data sets to identify patterns and develop predictive algorithmic models, acting as software engineer, dat scientist and Machine Learning expert .

Supporting the Data Model developing track during definition / implementation / upgrade / deployment steps, ensuring that timelines are met and objectives are achieved.

Support the data acquisition strategy to ensure that desired levels of breadth and quality are achieved

Support initiatives for data management improvements

Work with other collegues and build effective relationships (e. g. other team members, IT etc. )

Be accountable for data management status, progress and success and communicate it

Support the design of the optimized, secure and efficienct tech-infrastructure in close cooperation with stakeholders to intake and store Marketing data for the best use of it such as targeting, analysis, insight generation, performance reporting etc.

Monitor and sustain the data quality and compliance

JOB QUALIFICATIONS

Three or more years of experience in applying AI to practical and comprehensive technology solutions

Bachlor s or Master s degree in Computer Science / IT, Data Science, AI or related fields.

Experience with ML, Deep learning, TensorFlow, Python, NLP

Experience with Generative AI models like GPT, BERT, etc.

Knowledge of prompt engineering and fine-tuning GenAI models.

Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and Containerization

CI/CD Pipelines for AI model development

Proficient in working with tools like Jupyter notebook, MLflow and Git

Familiarity with data manipulation tools like SQL, Snowflake, etc.

Knowledge of basic algorithms, object-oriented and functional design principles, and best-practice patterns

Advanced knowledge of statistical and algorithmic models as well as of fundamental mathematical concepts, such as linear algebra and probability

Experience working with large data sets and writing efficient code capable of processing large data streams at speed

Familiarity with deep learning and machine learning algorithms and the use of popular AI/ML frameworks

Clarity of thought, critical and Analytical thinking skills are must

Capable of working within a matrix style of management

Excellent time management

Good communication and presentation skills

Having an in depth understanding of main Company Finance parameters

Fluent English
