Role Description:

The HR Generalist for the UK Region will manage a wide range of HR activities, supporting employees across the region and ensuring that HR practices align with company policies, local employment laws, and business objectives. This role involves overseeing recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training, and HR administration to foster a productive and compliant workforce

Key Requirements:

• Strong knowledge and experience in HR operations, and employee relations
• Familiarity with HR policies and best practices
• Managing and training the HR team
• Handling any disciplinary processes and formal grievances
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Oversee employee on-boarding and orientation programs to ensure a smooth integration into the company.
• Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases, and generate reports as required.
• Managing of referral programs both internal and external
• Responsible for training and development programs.
• Should be smart enough to handle end to end HR activities.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• Attention to detail and ability to multitask
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field

Qualifications & Experience

• Proven experience (typically 1+ years) in a generalist HR role, preferably in the UK market.
• Strong understanding of UK employment law and HR best practices.
• Experience with recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and HR administration.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with employees at all levels.
• Organizational and time-management skills with the ability to handle multiple

Key Highlights:
