National Technical Head - Specialised Paper Liners - Manufacturing (16-30 yrs)

Position: National Technical Head-Specialised Paper Liners (Leading MNC Manufacturing Co)

Role:

- Manage technical supply and development of Specialised Paper Liners and to support the paper liner buying team and plant production team with expertise in Specialised Paper Liner manufacturing

- Managing technical aspects of the Specialised Paper Liner supply between paper suppliers (existing and new) and the Company's Indian plants.

- In line with the Company's strategy developing strategically situated new local suppliers of Specialised Paper Liner

- Working closely with both local and global paper teams to ensure uninterrupted supply to plants supporting the security of supply objectives

- Developing all suppliers (new and established) technically as far as possible and offering technical support to group plants e.g., providing technical advice, attending trials etc.

- Dispute resolution between the Company's plants and paper suppliers

- Working with the research teams on projects involving paper and other Specialised Paper coverings

- This position has the potential to grow into a Global Role

Requirements:

- BE/ BTech & MBA

- 15+ yrs of experience working in a technical role within a paper mill with experience working in a leadership role in Production, Process Engineering or New Product Development

- The Candidate Must Be Well Versed With Paper Processing And Should Have Technical Knowledge

- The Candidate Must Be Technical Sound In Approving The Customer Technical Data Sheet And Designing The Manufacturing Process Accordingly.

- Has detailed knowledge of manufacturing Specialised Paper liners and its interaction with other materials

- Has proven management experience, is a good communicator and has good interpersonal skills

- Good stakeholder management skills

- Good Communication skills

- Willingness for travel abroad and in India
