Senior Quality Engineer (4-6 yrs)

Role Overview :

Quality Engineer is responsible for testing marketing campaigns, websites and landing pages from visual and functional perspectives, and to ensure they function correctly, are accessible, and deliver the intended user experience across different devices and browsers.

Role Expectations :

- Thoroughly review and test all aspects of performance marketing campaigns before launch, including targeting parameters, creatives, landing pages, bidding strategies, and tracking codes.

- Validate that campaigns, website, landing pages align with client expectations/ requirements.

- Assist in troubleshooting discrepancies in data, tracking, and campaign outputs and provide recommendations to internal stakeholders.

- Investigate tracking issues, incorrect product data, and anomalies in campaign execution and escalate the issues to Engineering team.

- Ensure correct data capture across Client's tracking infrastructure (e.g , cart events, page views, and email signups).

- Monitor product feeds, customer data, and behavioral triggers to ensure consistency and accuracy.

- Monitor the performance of campaigns to ensure optimal delivery and engagement.

- Collaborate with Cross functional Pillars (Product, Engineering & Client Success) to identify and mitigate risks to maintain high quality deliverables.

- Provide insights into recurring issues and suggest process improvements to internal teams and educate on best practices related to data collection, validation, and compliance.

- Develop internal documentation and best practices for campaign integrity and responsible to perform regular audits on documentations and checks & balances for quality output.

- Assists Production Services Manager in identifying and tracking recurring errors being made across the team to maintain quality reports.

Required Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent degree.

- 4+ years of experience in Quality assurance.

- Hands-on experience/certifications on email marketing platforms.

- Intermediate knowledge on HTML and CSS.

- Intermediate knowledge on Javascript and SQL.

- Basic Knowledge on Google analytics.

- Experience working with email testing tools (Email on acid, Litmus).

- Experience with projects and communication platforms (Asana, JIRA, Basecamp).

- Active command of the English language required.
