Job Overview:

At Verma Industries we are looking for highly motivated **SALES EXECUTIVE** who is responsible for actively selling company's products to businesses across various industries and building strong customer relationships, achieving sales targets, and ensuring smooth order fulfilment by understanding customer needs, presenting product solutions, and negotiating contracts, while staying updated on market trends and industry regulations within their assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead Generation and Prospecting: To identify potential customers within target industries, generate leads, and actively reach out to establish new business relationships.
• Customer Relationship Management: To maintain ongoing communication with existing clients, understand their needs, and provide tailored product recommendations to foster long-term partnerships.
• Sales Cycle Management: Conduct product demonstrations, present technical information, negotiate pricing and contract terms, and close deals to meet sales targets.
• Market Analysis: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activity, and market dynamics to identify new opportunities and adapt sales strategies accordingly.
• Technical Expertise: Possess a strong understanding of product properties, applications, safety regulations, and industry standards to effectively address customer inquiries.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor's degree
• Experience: Min. 2 to 4 years or Proven track record of success in sales, ideally within the relevant industry segments
• Technical Knowledge: Comprehensive understanding of products, applications, and technical specifications
• Sales Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills to effectively engage with customers
• Relationship Building: Ability to build rapport, establish trust, and maintain strong customer relationships
• Market Awareness: Knowledge of industry trends, competitive landscape, and key market players
