Minimum 4-6 years of experience in sales, preferably in the ceramic, tiles, or building materials industry.

Job Description / Responsibilities :

Sales Growth:

• Achieve sales targets and ensure consistent growth in revenue within the assigned territory.
• Identify opportunities for increasing market share and brand visibility.

Team Management:

• Lead, guide, and motivate the sales team in the region to meet business goals.
• Monitor team performance and provide training to improve productivity and effectiveness.

Market Development:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with dealers, distributors, and key clients.
• Identify and onboard new dealers and channel partners to expand market presence.

Competitor Analysis:

• Keep track of competitors strategies, pricing, and new product launches.
• Provide insights to the management to stay ahead of the competition.

Customer Relationship Management:

• Address customer queries and complaints promptly.
• Ensure excellent customer service to maintain long-term relationships.

Reporting and Strategy:

• Regularly update the management with sales reports, market trends, and forecasts.
• Collaborate with the marketing team for promotional activities and campaigns in the region.

Compliance:

• Ensure all business practices align with company policies and regulatory guidelines.
