We are seeking an innovative and passionate UX Designer to join our CSG Design COE team. In this role, youll be responsible for designing intuitive, impactful, and scalable user experiences that drive our business objectives. You will play a key role in shaping user-centric solutions and pushing the

boundaries of design through emerging technologies such as Gen AI, machine learning, and other

future-forward tech trends.

• Develop and execute designs that align with both business goals and user needs, prioritizing a user-centered approach.
• Conduct user research and market analysis to understand end-user requirements and industry trends, translating them into actionable design insights.
• Create wireframes, interactive prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups to communicate design ideas effectively and enhance user flows.
• Actively participate in brainstorming sessions and design sprints to explore and generate creative solutions for complex problems.
• Work closely with developers, product managers, and fellow designers to ensure cohesive design implementation across projects.
• Engage with emerging technology applications such as generative AI and machine learning, applying these tools to create forward-thinking designs.

Were looking for an enthusiastic and collaborative UX Designer with a solid foundation in UX design principles, a passion for continuous learning, and a natural inclination to push boundaries. The ideal candidate is a natural team player with an eagerness to contribute to team workshops, ideathons, and brown bag sessions. You should be energetic and curious, ready to bring fresh perspectives to our design processes.

You'll need to have:

• 4 to 6 years of experience in UX design, with a strong portfolio showcasing user-centric design solutions.
• Proficiency in industry-standard design tools (Figma, Adobe Creative Cloud) and a solid understanding of graphic design principles.
• Experience conducting user research and translating findings into actionable insights.
• Strong skills in creating wireframes, interactive prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups.

Even better if you have one or more of the following:

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Design.
• Hands-on experience with generative AI, machine learning, or other emerging technologies.
• Prior experience in organizing or leading workshops, design sprints, or collaborative sessions.
• Active participation in industry events, volunteering, or contribution to design communities.
• Relevant certifications in UX design or related areas (e.g., HFI, NN/g).
