Specialist Application Developer - III

What youll be doing...

• Delivering across the entire app life cycle concept, design, build, deploy, test, release and support.
• Working on contact center suite of applications and IVR development with Java/Spring boot/Spring react, Micro services
• Participating in the Agile/POD Teams for the applications that the candidate would be working on.
• Acting independently, at the same time display excellent collaboration within and between various teams.
• Being accountable for the work allotted and stick to LOE provided. Track and develop tasks on time with no compromise to quality and keeping productivity of the team.
• Following Impact analysis and risk analysis processes in case of change requests.
• Ensuring performance of the code developed as an ongoing basis and use the right tools for the same.
• Working closely with team to develop detailed specification documents with clear project deliverables and timelines, and to ensure timely completion of deliverables.
• Collaborating with other team members and stakeholders.
• Keeping up to date on the latest industry trends in the web & voice technologies.
• Building prototypes at tech scoping stage of projects.
• Ensuring security validations during design, coding & Validation.

What were looking for...

Youll need to have:

• Bachelors or thee or more years of work experience.
• Four or more years of work experience in JAVA/IVR development.
• Four or more years of work experience in developing Java, Micro service using spring framework - Spring Boot / Spring react.
• One or more years of work experience in writing SQL Scripts/Stored Procedures using PostgreSQL / MS SQL.
• One or more years of work experience in SDLC and Agile Development.
• One or more years of experience with Angular JS, React JS, Redux
• Hands on experience to debug and understand issues thru Kibana Logs and Grafana visualizations

Even better if you have one or more of the following:

• Knowledge of Python & ETL tool.
• One or more years of experience developing IVR/VRU Using AVAYA Orchestration designer (VXML / CCXML).
• Knowledge / experience on IVR call flows
• Knowledge on any conversational platforms to emerging experiences like Google assistant?
