Cluster Manager

Role & Responsibilities:

1. Team Leadership:
   
• Manage and oversee operations of 8-10 retail stores.
• Lead, mentor, and motivate store managers and their teams to achieve individual and collective performance goals.
2. Sales and Revenue Management:
   
• Drive sales targets and ensure consistent revenue growth across all assigned stores.
• Develop strategies to improve sales performance and implement promotional campaigns effectively.
3. Operational Excellence:
   
• Monitor store operations to ensure compliance with company policies and standard operating procedures.
• Manage inventory levels, stock replenishment, and logistics to maintain seamless operations.
4. Customer Satisfaction:
   
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by maintaining exceptional service standards.
• Handle escalated customer complaints and resolve issues efficiently.
5. Training and Development:
   
• Identify training needs and conduct skill enhancement programs for store managers and their teams.
• Ensure product knowledge and service excellence across all stores.
6. Performance Analysis:
   
• Analyze store performance metrics, identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective actions.
• Prepare and present performance reports to senior management.
7. Budget and Cost Management:
   
• Optimize operational costs and ensure profitability of each store.
• Ensure adherence to budgets and financial targets.
8. Market Trends and Insights:
   
• Stay updated with industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
• Share insights with senior management to adapt strategies accordingly.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

• Experience: 5+ years of experience in retail management, with a proven track record in managing multiple stores.
• Education: Graduate in any field (MBA preferred).
• Skills:
• Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in sales strategies, target achievement, and customer relationship management.
• Analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Familiarity with retail management software (CRM, POS, etc.).
• In-depth knowledge of Apple products and their ecosystem is a plus.
• Personality Traits: Self-driven, adaptable, and customer-focused with the ability to work under pressure.
