Roles and Responsibilities

• Teach undergraduate and graduate-level courses in finance, including lectures, discussions, and assignments.
  
• Conduct research in areas of expertise and publish papers in reputable journals or present at conferences.
  
• Develop curriculum for new courses or programs within the department.
  
• Mentor students on projects, thesis guidance, and career development.
  
• Participate in departmental activities such as committee work, seminars, workshops.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• Ph.D/Doctorate degree in Finance from a recognized university (or equivalent).
  
• Minimum 5-10 years of teaching experience at an academic institution (industry experience considered).
  
• Strong publication record with refereed journals or conference proceedings.
  
• Excellent communication skills with ability to teach effectively to diverse student groups.
  
• Adaptability and flexibility to adapt quickly to changing priorities.
