Position: Front Office Executive
**Location:** - New Delhi
**Responsibilities:**
1. **Front Office Management:**
- Greet and welcome patients and visitors in a courteous and professional manner.
- Handle patient inquiries, appointments, and registrations efficiently.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front office area.
- Coordinate with medical staff to ensure smooth patient flow.
- Manage incoming and outgoing calls, emails, and correspondence.
2. **Administrative Duties:**
- Maintain patient records and ensure accuracy and confidentiality.
- Assist in billing and insurance claim processing.
- Handle cash transactions and maintain petty cash.
- Assist in inventory management and procurement of office supplies.
- Prepare reports and documents as required by management.
3. **Customer Service:**
- Provide exceptional customer service to patients and visitors.
- Address patient concerns or complaints promptly and effectively.
- Ensure patient satisfaction by anticipating and fulfilling their needs.
- Foster a positive and welcoming environment for patients and staff alike.
**Requirements:**
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the naturopathy industry.
- Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to interact effectively with patients, staff, and management.
- Proficiency in computer applications such as MS Office and electronic medical records systems.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks.
- Leadership qualities with the ability to motivate and supervise a team.
- Knowledge of medical terminology and procedures is an advantage.
