Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients
  • Generate leads and schedule appointments for sales representatives
  • Maintain a detailed database of customer interactions and responses
  • Follow up with potential leads and existing customers
  • Understand and communicate product features and benefits effectively
  • Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues that arise
  • Utilize CRM software to track and manage leads
  • Meet or exceed daily call quotas and sales targets
  • Provide feedback on market trends and customer needs
  • Develop and maintain relationships with potential clients
  • Conduct market research to identify new sales opportunities
  • Consistently update and maintain customer records
  • Prepare and present weekly performance reports
  • Participate in ongoing training and personal development programs
  • Collaborate with team members to share insights and strategies
Required Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor s degree preferred
  • 1 year of experience in telemarketing or sales
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and lead management tools
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Capability to handle objections and negotiate deals
  • Strong interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Knowledge of basic sales principles and customer service practices
  • Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment
  • Willingness to work flexible hours if needed
  • Experience using telemarketing scripts and strategies
  • Positive attitude and resilience in a challenging role
  • Multilingual abilities are a plus
