As a React Developer, you will play a pivotal role in crafting dynamic, user-friendly web applications that align with the organization's digital vision.

Your expertise will contribute to creating responsive, scalable, and high-performance applications, ensuring seamless user experiences.

Working collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including UI/UX designers, backend developers, and project managers, you will deliver cutting-edge solutions that drive innovation and meet business objectives.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design and implement user interface components using React.js and associated workflows.

- Collaborate with designers to transform wireframes and UI designs into functional digital interfaces.

- Optimize web applications for speed, performance, and scalability.

- Write clean, reusable, and efficient code.

- Participate in code reviews and foster collaborative team learning.

- Debug and resolve technical issues efficiently.

- Integrate external web services and RESTful APIs seamlessly.

- Ensure projects are on track by tracking progress, resolving issues, and meeting deadlines.

- Stay informed on the latest trends, tools, and technologies in front-end development.

- Document application architecture and component structure for maintainability.

- Implement state management practices using Redux or Context API.

- Collaborate with backend teams to ensure integration of user-facing elements.

- Conduct rigorous testing to identify and address usability and performance issues.

- Participate in team meetings, knowledge-sharing sessions, and project discussions.

- Mentor and support junior developers as needed.

Required Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.

- Proven experience as a React Developer or in a similar role.

- Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+) and React.js fundamentals.

- Hands-on experience with RESTful APIs and responsive design principles.

- Familiarity with version control systems, especially Git.-

- Proficiency with front-end build tools (e., Webpack, Babel, npm).

- Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and their application.

- Experience with testing frameworks such as Jest or Enzyme.

- Knowledge of CSS preprocessors like SASS or LESS.

- Strong problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail.

- Effective communication skills (verbal and written).

- A growth mindset and eagerness to learn emerging technologies.

Preferred Skills :

- State management expertise (Redux or Context API).

- Experience with accessibility and responsive web design standards.

- Familiarity with TypeScript and modern web development practices.
