Production Manager

Role & responsibilities - Oversee the daily production operations in the corrugation and paper packaging department to ensure smooth workflow. - Coordinate with production teams to ensure timely and efficient manufacturing of paper and packaging products. - Monitor production schedules, ensuring products are produced within specified timelines and quality standards. - Supervise staff, ensuring adherence to safety regulations, company policies, and production processes. - Identify areas for process improvement and implement changes to increase productivity and reduce costs. - Ensure proper maintenance of machinery and equipment, coordinating with the maintenance team for repairs and servicing. - Prepare and maintain production reports, tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) such as efficiency, waste, and downtime. - Collaborate with quality control teams to ensure that the products meet required quality standards and specifications - Assist in the training and development of new staff, ensuring they understand production procedures and safety protocols - Support the Production Manager in budgeting, inventory management, and forecasting production needs.

Preferred candidate profile :

The candidate should be from the Corrugation Industry.

Experience in Production or manufacturing preferably in the Paper / Packaging industry or a similar manufacturing environment

In-depth knowledge of packaging materials, processes, and equipment.

Proven experience in managing production teams and working with cross-functional teams (e.g., maintenance, quality control).
