Plant Manager

Role & responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations and maintenance of the M-Sand plant in Kurwai & Vidisha (Madhya Pradesh)
• Supervise and manage junior staff responsible for plant maintenance and operations.
• Plan production schedules and ensure efficient utilization of plant resources.
• Monitor and manage spare parts inventory to maximize plant uptime.
• Ensure timely credit recovery from parties and maintain financial discipline.
• Implement best practices for operational efficiency and safety compliance.
• Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and internal teams for smooth workflow.

Optimize plant performance and ensure quality standards are met.
