Job Description
GEMCORP RECYCLING TECHNOLOGIES PRIVATE LIMITED is looking for Plant Manager to join our dynamic team and embark on a rewarding career journey
- Develop and implement production plans to ensure on-time delivery of high-quality products
- Manage and optimize production processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs
- Monitor production output and quality, and implement corrective actions as needed
- Ensure compliance with safety, health, and environmental regulations
- Manage plant resources, including personnel, equipment, and materials, to achieve production targets
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with customers, suppliers, and other stakeholders
- Collaborate with other departments, such as sales, marketing, and finance, to develop and implement business strategies
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators and implement continuous improvement initiatives
- Develop and manage budgets and financial forecasts
- Recruit, train, and manage plant personnel, including supervisors and operators
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
