Business Analyst

Armia Systems Pvt Ltd @ Infopark Kochi We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Business Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will play a crucial role in our business development efforts by analyzing data, conducting market research, and preparing high-quality proposals for potential clients. The ideal candidate should have excellent analytical, communication, and writing skills.

Job Specification

• Collecting and Understating website, software requirements of the clients.
• Ensure timely management and sharing of all project-related reports with clients, the team, and management. 
• Develop requirements to business proposal
• Project coordination between developer and client 
• Conducting regular project meetings and client updates
• Communication through chat/ email/ telephone/ Other communication modes regarding Requirement gathering, Project update, Delivery & Post delivery.
• Obtains estimates/level of effort and distributes to Clients
• Develops communications documents [Business project proposal, Project status, project milestones, user-manuals etc.
• Serves as the conduit between the customer community (internal and external customers) and the software development team through which requirements flow.
• Being available on-call for emergencies and any project-specific demands.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus.
• Proven experience as a Business Analyst in IT Startups.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and market trends.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and proposal management tools (e.g., Proposal software).
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team and independently with minimal supervision.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Knowledge of project management principles is a plus.
• Familiarity with technical and business terminology relevant to the industry
