Position: Sales Consultant IT Services/ IT Sales Consultant


Location: Sector 63, Noida
Department: Sales & Marketing
Reports To: Sales Manager


Job Summary:

Velocity Software Solutions Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, managing customer relationships, and driving revenue growth. The Sales Executive will work closely with the sales and marketing teams to build and maintain relationships with prospective clients in the IT services industry.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation & Prospecting: Identify and qualify leads through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and attending industry events.
  • Sales Presentations & Negotiations: Present the companys offerings to potential clients, explaining the benefits and value of our IT services, including eCommerce, and mobile app development.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build long-lasting relationships with clients, ensuring satisfaction and retention. Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly.
  • Achieving Sales Targets: Meet and exceed sales targets set by the management. Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to the Sales Manager.
  • Collaboration with Marketing: Work closely with the marketing team to align sales strategies with ongoing campaigns and promotions. Assist in creating sales materials and presentations.
  • Market Research: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor offerings, and client needs. Provide feedback to the management team for continuous improvement of services.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field. (B.Tech. + MBA Preferred)
  • Experience: Minimum of 1 year in sales, preferably in the IT services or software industry. Experience with B2B sales is a plus.
  • Skills:
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to build rapport with clients and establish long-term relationships.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
    • Knowledge of CRM tools is a plus.
    • Strong negotiation and closing skills.
  • Personal Attributes:
    • Self-driven, motivated, and results-oriented.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
    • Ability to handle objections and rejections professionally.
    • Strong time-management and organizational skills.
