- Experience: 1 year of contact centre i.e. Customer Support experience

- CTC: Upto 5.80 LPA

- Excellent English communication (Both spoken & Written)

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Manage inbound and outbound calling.

- Attend to customer queries and resolve their issues.

- Reach potential customer s through email, chat and Voice Process.

- One side Cab+ one side cab allowance is provided
