Telesales Specialist - Matrimonial Services (0-2 yrs)

Designation - Product Advisor (TeleSales) - for a leading Matrimonial Company

- Number of positions Chennai -20

- Need Tamil Must and Average English - Chennai (Only Tamil-speaking candidates are also acceptable).

- Experience: Freshers- 2024 Pass out with Excellent English to 1 year (From any telesales) allowed .

- Education- HSC passed.

- Candidates pursuing further studies will not be considered.

- Salary- 17k to 20K NTH (Chennai) + 50% incentives (NO Cab facility)

- Outstation candidates not allowed.

- NP: 15 Days Maximum

- 1 Rotational week off between Monday to Friday. Saturday and Sunday compulsory working.

- 6 days working

- Candidates should be able to make 150 calls per day.

- Work Timing - 10 AM to 7PM

- Interview Round: Completely face to face interview.

Three rounds of interview:

1. HR round 2.mock call 3.operational round of interview.

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Candidates should be capable of making 150 calls per day.

- Candidate should be able to handle inbound and outbound queries and be familiar with email, chat and voice/blended process and strategies.
