Financial Controller - IT (7-8 yrs)

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage and control project costs for client engagements.

- Lead client interactions around budgeting and financial planning.

- Plan and allocate resources effectively across multiple projects to optimize revenue.

- Conduct financial analysis to support decision-making and improve profitability.

- Oversee cash flow management and ensure financial stability.

- Drive tax planning initiatives to optimize organizational tax liabilities.

Skills & Experience:

- 7+ years of experience in finance and accounting, with a focus on project-based finance management.

- Strong experience in cost management and resource allocation.

- Ability to communicate effectively with international clients.

- Proven track record of optimizing revenue and minimizing financial risks.

- Expertise in cash flow management and tax planning.

- IT industry background preferred.
