Key Responsibilities:

Key Requirements:
Experience:
- 2-4 years of experience in one of the Big 4 accounting firms (Deloitte, PwC, EY, or KPMG).
- 4-6 years of experience in the real estate sector in a senior financial management role.
- Strong exposure to working with top real estate builders such as Sobha, Prestige, Brigade, and others in Bangalore.
- Proven ability to lead teams and manage multiple stakeholders effectively.
- Expertise in financial reporting, audit management, and compliance.
- Advanced proficiency in financial tools and ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
