Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee and manage the financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.

- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and accurate financial reporting.

- Lead and mentor a team of finance professionals, fostering a high-performance culture.

- Collaborate with top builders in the real estate sector to streamline financial workflows and establish best practices.

- Analyze financial data to provide actionable insights for strategic decision-making.

- Manage cash flow, fund allocation, and cost optimization to enhance profitability.

- Liaise with auditors, tax consultants, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth financial audits and statutory compliance.

Key Requirements:

Experience:

- 2-4 years of experience in one of the Big 4 accounting firms (Deloitte, PwC, EY, or KPMG).

- 4-6 years of experience in the real estate sector in a senior financial management role.

- Strong exposure to working with top real estate builders such as Sobha, Prestige, Brigade, and others in Bangalore.

- Proven ability to lead teams and manage multiple stakeholders effectively.

- Expertise in financial reporting, audit management, and compliance.

- Advanced proficiency in financial tools and ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.

- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
