We are seeking a dynamic and highly organized Executive Intern to support our Department Head in managing client interactions, coordinating communications, and handling key operational tasks. This role is ideal for freshers looking to gain hands-on experience in executive support, lead generation, client interaction, meeting coordination, appointment scheduling, and business development.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Act as a bridge between the Director and clients, ensuring seamless communication and coordination.
2. Assist in preparing and delivering service sales pitches via LinkedIn or other platforms to potential clients.
3. Schedule and manage meetings, appointments, and follow-ups for the Director.
4. Maintain and update client databases, records, and correspondence.
5. Assist in drafting emails, proposals, and other business documents as required.
6. Ensure timely communication and tracking of client inquiries and responses.
