3D Architectural Visualizer

We are looking for a talented and creative 3D Architectural Visualizer with experience in creating photorealistic renderings and animations for architectural projects. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with industry-standard software tools such as 3ds Max, Revit, Lumion, SketchUp, Twinmotion, and Unreal Engine. Strong attention to detail, a passion for architectural design, and a portfolio showcasing your work are essential.

Role & responsibilities

• Create high-quality 3D models, renderings, and animations for architectural projects.
• Collaborate with architects, designers, and project managers to understand design intent and translate it into 3D visualizations.
• Work with software like 3ds Max, Revit, Lumion, Twinmotion, and Unreal to produce realistic renderings and immersive visualizations.
• Ensure timely delivery of visual content while maintaining quality standards.
• Review and revise visualizations based on client feedback.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, tools, and techniques.
• Produce walkthroughs, flythroughs, and other visualizations for presentations and marketing materials.

Preferred candidate profile

• Proven experience in 3D architectural visualization.
• Strong proficiency in 3ds Max, Revit, and Lumion or Twinmotion.
• Experience with additional tools like SketchUp, Unreal Engine, and V-Ray is a plus.
• Solid understanding of architectural design and technical drawing interpretation.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
• A strong portfolio showcasing your 3D visualization work.
