Key Responsibilities:

• Lead architectural design projects from concept to completion.
• Develop and present high-quality architectural drawings, 3D models, and renderings.
• Collaborate with clients to understand project requirements and deliver innovative design solutions.
• Work closely with engineers, contractors, and consultants to ensure seamless project execution.
• Ensure compliance with building codes, zoning laws, and industry standards.
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and deliverables while maintaining design integrity.
• Mentor junior designers and contribute to the firms creative direction.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

• 3-6 years of experience in high-end architecture firms such as MPC, Rocksalt, or similar.
• Proficiency in architectural software such as AutoCAD, Revit, Rhino, SketchUp, and rendering tools like V-Ray, Lumion, or Enscape.
• Strong portfolio showcasing work on large-scale, complex projects.
• Excellent design, visualization, and technical detailing skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced and creative environment.
• Strong project management and leadership abilities.
• Degree in Architecture, Design, or a related field.
• Licensure or certification (preferred but not required).
• Experience working on projects that incorporate advanced visualization, VFX, virtual production, and immersive design technologies.
• Strong understanding of real-time rendering engines (Unreal Engine, Unity) and their application in architecture and visualization.
• Familiarity with digital content creation tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Houdini, or Blender is a plus.
