1. Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction by being knowledgeable on all products offered, and teaming up with co-workers to provide excellent sales service.
2. Greets and receives customers in a welcoming manner.
3. Responds to customers questions.
4. Directs customers by escorting them to racks and counters.
5. Documents sales by creating or updating customer profile records.
6. Manages financial transactions.
7. Processes payments by totalling purchases, processing cash, and store or other credit and debit cards.
8. Alerts management of potential security issues.
9. Assists with inventory, including receiving and stocking merchandise.
10. Keeps clientele informed by notifying them of preferred customer sales and future merchandise of potential interest.

1. Manage workflow by assigning tasks to team members daily, ensuring that deadlines are met and work is completed correctly.
2. Implement and monitor programs as directed by management, and see the programs through to completion.
3. Write and distribute email, correspondence memos, letters, and forms.
4. Prepare and organize stamps and notary-related documents.
5. Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports.
6. Order and manage office supplies.
7. Book travel arrangements.
8. Submit and reconcile expense reports.
9. Provide general support to visitors.
10. Manage the IT and Maintenance team for better performance.

1. 6 days a week - 8.5 Hour shifts
2. Choose from a morning or afternoon shift
