- Technical Appraisal & Evaluation of SME-Retail Customer Collateral PAN India

- Analyzing and Managing portfolio risk and maintaining portfolio health.

2: Duties & Responsibilities ( List in the order of importance the duties & responsibilities of this job)

- Recruiting & Managing Team of Regional Technical Managers.

- Review & supervising technical team.

- Taking Decisions on the valuation referred cases sent by branches.

- Evaluation & Review of Technical Vendors work & their renewal terms

- Weekly/Monthly Review of Turn around Time of all PAN India LAP Case valuation.

- Monitor the quality of collaterals.

- Preparing & reviewing & amending collateral guidelines or norm on time to time basis.

- Training all the new joinees (sales & credit) on collateral aspects.

- Recruitment of Vendors PAN India as per requirement.

- Regular review of process at all locations and understand the gaps/risks in process flow of collateral execution.

- Resolve and guide all queries of credit team in regular operations.

- Appraisal of credit team of their KRA's every quarter.

- B.E. Civil

- Minimum 10-15 years of experience in SME/LAP collateral assessment field.
