• Location: Amona, Goa

• Lead and manage a logistics budget of $150 million, focusing on cost ownership and implementing strategies to reduce costs per ton
  
• Cultivate broad market relationships with sea, road, and rail logistics providers, stevedores, ports, and stakeholders to monitor trends and onboard new service providers capable of meeting critical logistics needs
  
• Maintain and regularly update a list of potential service providers for transportation and railway services related to raw materials and finished goods
  
• Develop and execute a strategic consolidation plan at the group level to ensure optimal quality, timely delivery, and cost-efficiency
  
• Oversee cost management and service quality while ensuring a high level of transparency and governance across logistics operations
  
• Engage with the market to benchmark rates, assess operational performance, foster new vendor development, and implement continuous improvement initiatives
  
• Track the entire logistics process end-to-end, collaborating closely with the operations team to ensure timely and accurate delivery of cargo

The Successful Candidate:

• BE / BTech / MTech/MBA graduate and minimum relevant commercial experience of over 10+ years
