Job Description
Head Management Assurance System (MAS) - Sesa Goa
- Transformational leadership opportunity
- Location: Goa, India
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Independent review of major processes to provide assurance to senior management
- To review and evaluate control procedures and supporting documentation to ensure they provide an effective control system to identify any areas for improvement
- Work with unit teams to drive structural initiatives to improve control and compliance levels
- Leading initiatives to enhance sustainability scores across all processes, ensuring continuous improvement and compliance
- To bring fresh outlook to the MAS function by working closely with the global consulting firms, advisory firms, and introducing new business reviews trends through benchmarking on cyber security, data analytics, forensic and intelligence, digitalization
The Successful Candidate:
- CA/MBA graduate and minimum work experience of over 14+ years
