Vector Consulting - Founder's Office Role (2-4 yrs)

- Vector Consulting Group is an 18-year-old homegrown Indian management consulting company. We offer unique solutions to chronic 'wicked' problems in areas of supply chain, operations, sales & distribution, R&D, NPD, retail operations, Industrial CAPEX projects, and software development.

- We have a strategic tie-up with TIS Inc., a $4.00 Bn Japanese company. Last year, we openedoffices in Indonesia and the US and currently we have projects running in 23 countries.

- Since the company is growing rapidly year on year, there is a strong need to put processes/systems in place to manage scale-up as well as drive operational efficiency. Youwill be part of the Founding Director's office which is leading this initiative. Eventually if you so desire, you can shift to consulting after few years.

Role & Responsibilities

- Manage & drive internal consulting assignments to improve financial and operational efficiency within Vector.

- Develop MIS for Founding Director to review operational performance and aid strategic decision making

- Be part of performance reviews & provide data driven insights and recommendations to improve organizational outcomes

- Conduct buy-in sessions within Vector to facilitate management changes

- Provide a sounding board for the founder's ideas, offering critical feedback and helping craft solutions to key challenges.

- Act as the bridge between the founder and senior partners & department heads, ensuring smooth communication and project alignment.

- Participate in executive meetings and drive firm critical agenda items

Required Experience - Engineer with total 2-4 years of experience in any industry (except BFSI & hospitality).
