Requirements
Key Responsibilities-

Research Evaluation : Analyse and implement insights from the latest AI/ML research papers and conferences.

Model Assessment : Evaluate open-source models for applicability to specific domains and use cases.

Implementation Adaptation : Fine-tune and modify AI/ML models (e.g., LLMs, GANs, vision models) for optimal performance.

Prototyping : Develop proof-of-concept solutions using state-of-the-art AI frameworks and tools.

Collaboration : Work with data scientists, engineers, and product teams to bridge the gap between research and application.

Documentation : Maintain detailed records of experiments, findings, and recommendations to guide future implementations.

Qualifications-

Education :

Pursuing or recently completed a PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related field.

 

Technical Expertise :

Strong understanding of AI/ML algorithms and architectures (e.g., transformers, diffusion models, reinforcement learning).

Hands-on experience with AI/ML frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX.

Proficiency in Python and related libraries (NumPy, pandas, scikit-learn).

Experience with LLMs, fine-tuning, and evaluating models like, Llama, GPT, BERT, or Stable Diffusion.

 

Research Skills :

Proven ability to understand and implement academic research in AI/ML.

Publication record in reputable journals or conferences is a plus.

 

Soft Skills :

Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.

Effective communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.
