Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and oversee the design, development, and deployment of complex software systems.
- Architect and implement scalable and secure solutions leveraging modern technologies and best practices.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Ensure code quality through rigorous reviews, testing, and adherence to coding standards.
- Mentor and guide a team of developers, fostering professional growth and knowledge sharing.
- Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and advocate their adoption where appropriate.
- Drive the implementation of DevOps practices, including CI/CD pipelines, containerization, and cloud-native development.
- Address technical challenges, troubleshoot issues, and optimize performance for applications and infrastructure.
Requirements:
Technical Skills:
- Programming Languages: Deep expertise in at least three of the following: Python, Java, JavaScript, TypeScript, C#, Go, or Ruby.
- Frameworks: Strong experience with frameworks like Spring Boot , Django , Express.js , Angular , React , or Vue.js .
- Cloud Platforms: Proficiency in AWS , Azure , or Google Cloud , with a strong understanding of cloud-native architectures.
- Architectural Expertise: Hands-on experience with microservices, serverless, event-driven, and monolithic architectures.
- Databases: Proficiency in SQL and NoSQL databases such as PostgreSQL , MySQL , MongoDB , or DynamoDB .
- DevOps & CI/CD: Experience with containerization tools like Docker , orchestration tools like Kubernetes , and CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Jenkins , GitLab CI , GitHub Actions ).
- Security Practices: Understanding of secure coding practices, authentication protocols, and zero-trust architectures.
