Must-have skills/ characteristics
Minimum 8 years experience in AEM based development (preferably B2C websites like media, ecommerce etc).
Experience in mentoring, guiding, leading teams technically and collaborate with technical architects
Proficiency in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) development, including custom workflows, servlets, and OSGi services.
Understanding of web performance optimization techniques, including caching strategies and content delivery networks (CDNs).
Strong experience with Java and related backend technologies.
Knowledge of RESTful APIs, AWS services, MySQL database and integrating third-party services with AEM.
Experince with version control systems (e.g., Git) and CI/CD pipelines.
