We are seeking a dynamic Creative Content Strategist to lead planning, strategy, and execution for our clients while orchestrating creative outputs from a talented design team. Key Responsibilities:
Content Strategy & Planning: Develop and execute comprehensive content strategies tailored to target audiences and campaign goals across digital platforms, including integrated advertising campaigns, email campaigns, and paid media.
Content Creation: Write and present compelling, engaging, and impactful pitches for diverse digital touchpoints, including advertising strategy, website pages, and ad campaigns.
Campaign Ideation: Conceptualize innovative ideas for client campaigns that drive engagement and results.
Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with Account Managers, Sales and Delivery Team, internal and external stakeholders to ensure consistency in messaging, tone, and creative direction.
Quality Control: Review and refine design outputs to ensure alignment with the content strategy and overall campaign objectives.
Trend Analysis: Stay updated on industry trends, emerging platforms, and new content formats to innovate and enhance campaigns.
Project Management: Oversee multiple projects, ensuring on-time delivery of high-quality content and seamless execution of creative concepts.
Creative Leadership: Oversee and guide the creative execution process by collaborating with design team members and clients, ensuring concepts are visually and strategically aligned.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, English, or a related field.
4+ years of experience in content strategy, client pitches or marketing within a marketing agency or similar environment.
Proven ability to write across various formats and platforms, with strong storytelling and strategic thinking skills.
Experience in managing and coordinating with creative teams, particularly designers.
Strong knowledge of social media platforms, trends, and analytics.
Familiarity with creative tools and systems (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus, though not required for design execution.
Excellent organizational and time-management skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities.
A strong portfolio showcasing diverse content work, including strategic planning and creative execution.
