Job Description
- Work with brands who manages their affiliate programs via platforms such as impact and Rakuten.
- To onboard campaigns to company standards and to ensure smooth transfer to the affiliate growth team.
- Have a good understanding of CPS/CPL/CPA/CPC/CPV/CPI
- Work on exclusive deals for vCommission.
- Stay updated with competitors their activities.
- Keep track of new campaigns - delivery billing closure.
- Assist CS team for feedback, billing on-time collection of payments
- Stay up to date in technical knowledge delivery capability.
- Monitor media budget for the campaign and issue periodic analysis for clients like Media Negotiations.
- End to End relationship management with customer/client right through need identification. providing solutions, client servicing, customer satisfaction business retention.
