Business Development Executive

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Professional with extensive experience in SAP ERP Sales or large-scale ERP sales. This role offers a unique opportunity to contribute to business growth by combining Inside Sales strategies, building strong client relationships, and exceeding sales targets.

Key Responsibilities  : 

• Proactively reach out via calls, emails, and digital channels to identify and qualify potential leads.
• Build and maintain a robust pipeline of prospects using CRM tools and industry networks.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to design and execute targeted lead-generation campaigns.
• Meet with potential clients to assess their ERP needs and deliver tailored solutions.
• Foster and nurture long-term client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
• Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and trade shows, showcasing our ERP expertise.
• Close sales to meet or exceed established quotas and revenue goals.
• Stay informed about SAP ERP solutions and industry trends to position the company as a trusted advisor.
• Work closely with consulting and delivery teams to ensure a smooth transition from pre-sales to project delivery.
• Prepare detailed sales reports and forecasts for review by the leadership team.

Qualifications :

• Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• 2+ years of proven success in SAP ERP Sales or large-scale ERP sales.
• In-depth knowledge of the ERP sales lifecycle and the ability to address client pain points effectively.
• Exceptional interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Proficiency in CRM tools and the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Demonstrated ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to travel for client meetings, conferences, and industry events.
  
  Additional : 
• Previous experience in a consulting or IT solutions company is a plus.
