ERP Sales Professional

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Sales Professional with a strong background in SAP ERP Sales or large-scale ERP sales. This role combines Inside and Outside sales responsibilities to generate leads, build client relationships, and achieve business growth targets.

Key Responsibilities

Inside Sales:

• Conduct outreach via calls, emails, and digital channels to identify and qualify leads.
• Build a pipeline of prospects by leveraging CRM tools and industry networks.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to design and execute lead generation campaigns.

Outside Sales:

• Engage with potential clients to understand their ERP needs and present customized solutions.
• Develop and maintain strong, long-term client relationships.
• Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and trade shows.
• Close deals to meet or exceed sales quotas.
• Stay updated on SAP ERP solutions and industry trends to position the company as a trusted advisor.
• Partner with consulting and delivery teams to ensure a seamless client experience from pre-sales to project delivery.
• Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for leadership review.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• 3+ years of proven experience in SAP ERP Sales or other large-scale ERP sales.
• Deep understanding of the ERP sales lifecycle and client pain points.
• Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Experience with CRM tools and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to travel for client meetings and industry events as required.

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with other ERP systems (e.g., Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, etc.) is a plus.
• Experience working in a consulting or IT solutions company.
