Brand Strategy & Planning:
- Collaborate with the Brand Head to develop and implement comprehensive brand marketing strategies aligned with companies overall business objectives.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify key consumer insights and market trends.
- Develop and manage brand budgets effectively.
Campaign Conceptualization & Execution:
- Conceptualize, develop, and execute innovative and engaging brand campaigns across various channels (digital, social media, TV, print, OOH, etc.).
- Oversee all aspects of campaign execution, including creative development, media planning and buying, production, and post-campaign analysis.
- Ensure campaigns are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Brand Measurement & Optimization:
- Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and analyze campaign performance to identify areas for improvement.
- Continuously optimize campaigns based on data and insights to maximize ROI.
- Prepare regular reports on campaign performance and provide actionable recommendations to the Brand Head.
Brand Health & Reputation Management:
- Monitor and analyze brand sentiment and reputation across various channels.
- Proactively identify and address potential brand crises and issues.
- Contribute to building a strong and positive brand image for Organisation
Team Leadership & Collaboration:
- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including creative agencies, media agencies, and internal stakeholders.
- Guide and mentor junior team members.
Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field from a premier Bschool.
- 5-6 years of professional experience in brand marketing, preferably with a focus on consumer technology or FMCG brands.
- Proven track record of success in developing and executing high-impact brand campaigns.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
