SAP IS Retail/SAP S4 HANA Consulting & Solutioning Role - IIM/FMS/MDI/XLRI (5-10 yrs)

Key Responsibilities :

SAP S4 HANA Consulting & Solutioning

- Work on SAP platforms-driven business design (value assessment, business case creation, process re-engineering).

- Provide solutions for complex SAP S4 HANA ERP transformations throughout the project lifecycle.

- Act as a lead SAP Functional Solution Architect for end-to-end RFP (Request for Proposal) responses.

- Engage with clients to understand requirements, scope solutions, and develop a transformation roadmap.

- Design innovative SAP solutions that integrate with other ERP systems.

Business Development & Proposal Support

- Support sales teams in proposal generation and SAP transformation planning.

- Respond to RFPs for SAP implementation projects.

- Develop proof of concepts (POCs) for SAP integrations.

Project & Stakeholder Management

- Lead large-scale SAP transformation projects.

- Collaborate with global teams and key stakeholders (onshore & onsite).

- Work in a rapidly evolving environment, ensuring continuous innovation.

Required Skills & Experience:

- 2-6 years of SAP S4 HANA experience in MM, SD, PP, QM, eWM, IBP, and IS-Retail.

- Experience in 1-2 large-scale SAP implementations for global clients.

- Hands-on experience with at least 4-5 RFP solutions.

- Client-facing experience in at least 1-2 engagements.

- Project management skills and ability to run projects independently.

- Problem-solving, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.

- Cross-cultural competence to thrive in global engagements.

Preferred Qualifications:

- MBA from Tier 1 or Tier 2 business school.

- Experience in Retail industry verticals.

- Prior exposure to SAP transformation projects in a consulting environment.
