Business Development Associate

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead Generation and Prospecting:
• Conduct market research to identify potential clients and industry trends.
• Generate new business leads through various channels such as cold calling, email campaigns, social media outreach, and networking events.
• Qualify inbound leads and identify key decision-makers for follow-up.
• Client Engagement and Relationship Building:
• Reach out to prospective clients to introduce company products and services.
• Schedule meetings and presentations to understand client needs and present appropriate solutions.
• Build and maintain relationships with new and existing clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and continued business growth.
• Sales Support:
• Assist the Business Development Manager in preparing proposals, presentations, and other sales materials.
• Track and report on sales activities and lead generation metrics.
• Maintain and update the CRM system with client information, interactions, and opportunities.
• Market Expansion:
• Identify and pursue new market segments to expand the companys reach and client base.
• Keep up to date with industry trends, competitive offerings, and potential market changes.
• Contribute to the development of business strategies and plans for entering new markets or verticals.
