Sales Officer ( Counsellor)

As a Sales Officer(Counsellor), you will be responsible for providing expert guidance to students on all aspects of accommodation in abroad, with a particular focus on securing appropriate and comfortable accommodation. Youll work closely with a diverse group of people coming from both leading MNCs such as McKinsey, BCG, KPMG, Deloitte, EY, and startups such as Paytm etc. to establish, nurture, and grow business across categories & territories. What will you do:

• Assist students in understanding different types of housing arrangements, such as university dormitories, private rentals, homestays, and shared apartments.
• Research and identify suitable accommodation options based on students' preferences, budget, and location.
• Collaborate with accommodation providers, real estate agents, and university housing offices to secure housing for students.
• Assist students with accommodation applications, lease agreements, and any related paperwork.
• Coordinate with Marketing, PR, and Communications teams to ensure brand consistency.
• Prepare students for living abroad by providing information on housing regulations, safety tips, and cultural considerations.
• Address and resolve any issues or concerns students may encounter with their accommodation

What will you need:

• Bachelors degree in any or a related field.
• 0-1 year of experience in student counselling, study abroad advising, or a similar role with a focus on accommodation.
• Strong knowledge of accommodation options for international students and related processes.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with students, parents, and accommodation providers.
• Strong verbal communication and listening skills
