Site Supervisor

Roles and Responsibilities

• Oversee labor management on-site to maintain efficiency and productivity.
  
• Manage site activities, including interior works, Prepare BOQs (Bill of Quantities) for projects measurement and quantity surveying tasks, billing, AutoCAD, AutoCAD Drawing reading, Excel, and time management.

• Manage labor resources effectively to meet project deadlines while maintaining quality standards.

• Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and team members to resolve issues and optimize workflow.

• Plan and execute site activities according to project schedules, adhering to quality standards.

• Ensure compliance with labour management practices, including time tracking and attendance monitoring.

• Imitate joiner
