Cluster Head

Role & responsibilities :

Lead Team of BMs and RMs to grow their business in line with market potential.

• Identify training needs for the team quarterly and ensure skills are upgraded for all team members

• Consciously plan the career path for all team members based on their passion, skill set (capability / strengths) and market potential.

• Focus on understanding market potential for various product categories / brands in the cluster through regular meetings with Key Accounts in the region

• Increase our share of business across Brands / Product categories

• Provide regular insight on new brands / products that the customer / market is moving towards to ensure we always have the right product mix for the market.

• Use digital platforms (Buy Online / Enterprise Portal) to grow our customer count in the region • Work closely with the marketing team to strategies plans to increase our enquiry flow in the region.

• Continuously track the maturity level of customers and help in gradually increasing the number of customers in every bucket (Lead / New (1-2) / Potential Believer (3-5) / Believer (6-9) / Family (10-13)) based on frequency of sales per year.
