Handling quantities / BOQ preparations, Cost Estimates, Rate Analysis, MSP (Planning), Develop the cost estimate for the project working closely with the procurement department Materials, Services & Equipments. Cost Estimation for civil works. Knowledge of Pre Qualification, Tender, Getting Quatations from Vendors, Liaise with clients during pre bid and post bid stages, cost estimation for all civil works, documentation and attending negotiation meeting with clients, develop comprehensive and reliable costing basis for each tender.
