Estimation Manager

We intend to obtain the services of a reliable Quantity Surveyor to join our team of professionals. The Quantity Surveyor will be tasked with analyzing existing budgets and making improvements, reviewing plans and preparing quantity estimates, and obtaining rates of materials through quotations from vendors/manufacturers/dealers.

Having a methodical approach and superb interpersonal skills. Flare for value addition and knowledge region-wise locally available materials used in the construction industry.

Quantity Surveyor Responsibilities:-

• Reviewing construction plans and preparing quantity requirements.
• Scrutinizing material costs after obtaining quotations as per specifications/architectural intent.
• Liaising with site managers, clients, contractors, and subcontractors.
• Preparing reports, Analysis of rates, contracts, budgets, risk assessment, and other documents.
• Advising on improvements and new strategies.
• Documenting any changes in design and updating budgets/BOQ prepared

Quantity Surveyor Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in quantity surveying, Civil Engineering, management, or similar with knowledge of AutoCAD and MS Office
• Construction estimating or finance experience shall be preferred.
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
• Sound knowledge of construction materials, specifications, manuals/IS Codes, etc.
• Hard-working with a consultant to timelines/schedules.
• Should be punctual and regular.
