Front Office Executive - Tondiarpet

Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage front office operations, ensuring smooth front office operations.
• Handle guest relations, providing exceptional patient service and resolving any issues promptly.
• Oversee billing and registration procedures, maintaining accuracy and efficiency.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and efficient operations.
• Supervise junior executives and receptionists to ensure effective telephone handling and front desk management.

Desired Candidate Profile

• 2-7 years of experience in a similar role within the travel & tourism industry.
• Strong knowledge of front office operations, including admissions, billing, guest handling, guest relations, receptionist activities, senior executive duties.
• Excellent communication skills with ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Candidates with hospital experience are preferred, should be willing to work in rotational shifts.
