Job Description
- First and foremost achieve business targets.
- Generating and developing export business through merchant/ direct export & private labeling.
- Appoint distributors/ super stockiest for our brand and prepare policies.
- Identify sales promotion/ trade fare (domestic/ international), projections, marketing activity and budget for developing business,
- Market visit to source buyers, meet existing buyers to understand the need of export market.
- Identify product demand in export market, sourcing, quotations, negotiations, inventory, etc.
- Total Co-ordination with factory, clients and various domestic and international agencies for the entire business cycle from pre to post shipment.
- Responsible for licenses, approvals, excise, DGFT, customs, MIS, documentation, commercials.
- Daily maintain control sheets and filling party wise and update E-BRC, Spices entries.
- Daily intimate to Spice Board for Sampling & Stuffing Intimation
- Liasoning with different agencies i.e. Gujarat Chamber of Commerce, CII, GSP, Export Inspection Agency, Insurance agencies and arranging the related export documentations from them i.e. Certificate of Origin, Phytosanitary Certificate, fumigation, GSP etc.
- Maintain online data of Spice Board & APEDA.
- Daily/ timeline reporting to higher authority
