Planning Manager / Demand Planning Analyst

Purpose of the role

To provide advanced financial support to our business units to function efficiently and effectively, providing the financial understanding on which key decisions are made. Responsibilities: (For Planning Manager Premium Juices)

1. Responsible for developing and executing supply plans to ensure the timely availability of raw materials and finished products by analysing demand forecasts.

2. Develop and maintain production schedules based on demand forecasts, considering lead times and capacity constraints.

3. Collaborating with Prcurement team, Production teams and regional teams to optimize the supply chain operation.

4. Managing inventory levels. Minimizing stockouts by planning inventory levels as per inventory norms.

5. Identifying potential risks and planning production schedules to minimise the risk.

6. Drive scientific distribution management of premium juices.

7. Establish S&OP for Premium products.

8. Responsible for production availability of premium juices across location

9. Inventory planning and production planning at factories

10. Drive scientific distribution management of premium juices

11. Ensure freshness as per the norm

12. Close coordination with factories and warehouses for delivery

13. Product availability and manage stock outs

14. Drive consensus planning for premium products

15. Establish S&OP for Premium products

Role Requirements

• Supply Chain Knowledge: Comprehensive understanding of supply chain principles, including forecasting, inventory management, and logistics
• Analytical Skills: Strong ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make informed decisions.
• Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to identify and resolve supply chain issues proactively.
• Qualification: MBA from premier B-School (2016-2018 batch) with relevant Planning and SCM experiences or tire 2 institute

Experience:

• 8-10 years of experience with Demand Planning or Production Planning.
• Experience on SAP is preferred.
• Industry preference From FMCG, Alcobev.
• General Management experience is essential in managing the entire portfolio
• Good Interpersonal skills including People Management Skills Leadership
