Senior Manager - Demand Planning - eCommerce (6-10 yrs)

Leadership Team, Supply & Procurement

Responsibilities:

- Monitor inventory levels on daily basis and ensure stock availability at all times across all warehouses and all SKUs with a target of 99.5% fill rate

- Anticipate potential delays in supply and solve through advance planning

- Problem solve with multiple approaches to serve unexpected/unplanned demand

- Own product & inward logistics costs and drive cost reduction projects

- Manage relationships with Contract manufacturers, PM & RM suppliers in foods, nutraceuticals, personal care, drugs and packaging

- Own end to end process and compliance from PO issue, GRN, Debit/Credit note reconciliation, Quality rejection, Quarterly Reconciliation and internal audit

- Drive cost reduction projects and procurement negotiations with RM/PM and FG partners

Qualifications:

- Proven experience in supply chain management, procurement, working with contract manufacturers in nutraceuticals or personal care in D2C startups preferable

- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data

- Excellent communication and negotiation skills

- Knowledge of supply chain management software and tools

- Leadership experience and ability to manage a team

- Tier 1/Tier2 Engg/MBA pass outs preferred
